About the event
This weekend we will explore together how the practice of yoga can increase your sense of wellness through creating a deeper understanding of the whole discipline. You will get an overview of the ancient roots of yogic philosophy and the myths and masters that preserved the practices of awareness.
We will start with the anatomical and energetic framework of the spine and respiratory system. We will introduce the language and meaning of yogic terms and ancient texts all within the broader intention of how yoga wellness is connected to discipline in the most natural, divinely balanced way.
