INVESTMENT: Pricing for the 200 hour teacher training certification is based on a 5 month cycle, and must be completed within one calendar year.  If your completion of the requirements needs for extenuating circumstances to extend beyond one calendar year from your start date, you may need to pay the individual price per module until all 10 are completed.  It is possible to start your calendar year at any module as they are not sequential.  It is highly recommended that you do plan to start at the beginning of a cycle to secure your spot in all weekends as well as for the community and camaraderie of continuous students in your cycle.

Refund Policy: Refund requests must be made in writing. Refunds are available only to participants who pay in full. Refunds are not available to participants on payment plans. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward upcoming Complete Yoga Trainings scheduled within one year of date of payment but not beyond and can only be rescheduled once. Deposits are not transferable to different participants. Full refund will be remitted to original payment source up to 30 days before the training minus 10% processing fee. If within 30 days of the start of the training program or after the start of the training up to one half of the total hours paid for, up to 50% but no more of the total training cost paid will be refunded to the original payment source. There will be no refund after the participant has attended more than 50% of the training hours and remainder of the cost will not be applicable to any subsequent training. Complete Yoga Training reserves the right to cancel any training before it begins. In that case any payments applicants have made will be refunded in full. In case a participant needs to withdraw from the training due to illness, accident, death in the family, or other extreme mitigating circumstances that make it impractical for the student to complete the course, the program will provide a reasonable and fair refund. No refunds will be given if the program removes a student from the program for bad conduct. Bad conduct is violation of the Code of Conduct, harassment, bullying, or any other behavior that is inappropriate or disruptive to the welfare of the program or to fellow students.

Teaching Practicum and Study:

Outside of the weekend schedules, teacher trainees are required to continue developing skills and knowledge through practice, homework, mentoring, and teaching opportunities.

Because yoga is a practice, you will be required to turn in proof of practice throughout the 200hour training cycle.  You will be required to submit reflections on classes you have attended outside of training weekends with a minimum of 10 classes attended during the full cycle.  The reflection will have set parameters for evaluation of the class to help guide your observances of yoga techniques and tools used by the teacher.  You may choose to make these attendance requirements a means to gather a broad understanding of many different styles by attending classes from multiple teachers, or, you may choose to use attendance requirements into mentorship opportunities.

Read 3 books from the recommended reading lists.  Individual books are recommended as a compliment with each module topic and you are welcome to read them all.  You will be required to write a reflection of the information and application to your yoga practice for 3 books.  You may choose to read some or all of your chosen 3 books as part of the bookclub calendar.  The reflection must still be submitted for certification.

In the last month of your training cycle, in order to receive your certificate, you are required to teach a practicum class.  You may choose to open this class to the public or keep it invite only between family, friends, your cohort/sangha and the lead trainers.  Scheduling your practicum must include availability of the lead trainers in order to receive feedback.  Your practicum must be live, in person.  As a member of a cohort/sangha, you are also required to support with your presence, energy, and understanding the presentation of your fellow trainee’s practicum teaching.  You must attend at least 10 classmates’ classes as part of your training certification.
