Complete Yoga Training offers the tools and education for yoga practitioners and teachers to develop a deeper understanding and connection with Self through using yogic science that is set in the context of yoga philosophy, the history of yoga practice, and safe, adaptable movement principles. We believe that yoga is a science that requires experimentation through personal practice to maintain the integrity and intention of yoga as BEing aware of all parts of self. *If you are joining mid-cycle you can complete your training hours within the next cycle
