Choose your pace:
Weekend trainings are formatted as individually contained modules so you can choose your pace for completing all ten. It is recommended that you choose one cycle or intensive study to complete so that you will study along with fellow seekers in one cycle, however, you do have the option to extend your training. If you are choosing an Extended Module Cycle or any variation outside of a set cycle, please communicate with lead trainers in advance to secure your spot in all 10 training modules.

The Self-Improvement training series is for those who desire the space and time for in-person explanations with master teachers. The commitment and time set-aside of 10 in-person weekend trainings allows for you to fully immerse yourself in the teachings of yoga.
The weekends then become your mini-guide to the why’s and how’s of practicing yoga for self-improvement. You will gain the confidence to develop your personal practice at home built on sound principles and self-inspection, all the while leaning on your personal intuition based on information received from Complete Yoga.

Refund Policy
Refund Policy: Refund requests must be made in writing. Refunds are available only to participants who pay in full. Refunds are not available to participants on payment plans. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward upcoming Complete Yoga Trainings scheduled within one year of date of payment but not beyond and can only be rescheduled once. Deposits are not transferable to different participants. Full refund will be remitted to original payment source up to 30 days before the training minus 10% processing fee. If within 30 days of the start of the training program or after the start of the training up to one half of the total hours paid for, up to 50% but no more of the total training cost paid will be refunded to the original payment source. There will be no refund after the participant has attended more than 50% of the training hours and remainder of the cost will not be applicable to any subsequent training. Complete Yoga Training reserves the right to cancel any training before it begins. In that case any payments applicants have made will be refunded in full. In case a participant needs to withdraw from the training due to illness, accident, death in the family, or other extreme mitigating circumstances that make it impractical for the student to complete the course, the program will provide a reasonable and fair refund. No refunds will be given if the program removes a student from the program for bad conduct. Bad conduct is violation of the Code of Conduct, harassment, bullying, or any other behavior that is inappropriate or disruptive to the welfare of the program or to fellow students.
PROGRAM
MODULE CYCLES
TRADITIONAL MODULE CYCLE is 5 months. We offer a Cycle One at the beginning of the year and Cycle Two at the end of the year.
EXTENDED MODULE CYCLE can extend your certification/self-improvement over one calendar year from the start date of your modules, completing modules according to your schedule. You will need to sign up in advance for the dates for the whole year in order to reserve your spot. To choose this option you will need to contact us via email to be registered.
