About the event
Just as we change throughout life physically, mentally, and emotionally, the practice and application of yoga principles also change. In this weekend we will look at the adaptations of yoga for different ages as well has how to make yoga accessible for all. We will look at developmental psychology through the kosha model to selectively use the tools and techniques of yoga. This weekend will be full of stories as we enjoy the rich mythological roots of yoga. We will learn principles and practices for chair yoga and yoga in education.
