Yoga benefits the brain. From the physical exercise to the relaxation techniques, a mindful yoga practice increases mental health and overall wellness. This weekend is specifically designed to understand the benefits and intention of a complete Mindful Yoga practice. We will learn about and and how yogic concepts such as Samskara helps us to rewire the brain. We will explore together how to balance the hemispheres of the brain through - nadi Shodhana - and .
