About the event

This weekend is all about going with the flow by feeling comfortable with yoga as  exercise of the Cardiovascular and Circulatory Systems. We will discuss Safe Transitions between yoga postures from basic to difficult and everything in between. Learn why yogin discuss Karma so much and what you can do to keep yours in the flow of your modern life.  Using imagination, feel freer and more at ease in mediation through guided imagery.

  • Finally understand what people mean by Modern Yoga
  • Introduction to Kundalini Yoga and set movement sequences
  • The optimal way to have a healthy heart and live longer through yoga
  • Chant for unity with ‘Asato Ma’
  • How to create Guided Imagery Meditation scripts with 5 easy steps
  • The benefits of holding your breath, and then letting it all go
  • How to use intelligent and anatomically appropriate transitions in practice
  • Yoga Poses Taught and their key concepts - Gate Pose, Side Angle, Triangle, Half Moon, Reverse Warrior 2, Wide Leg Forward Fold, Sun Salutations, Handstand and more!
