About the event
In this powerful weekend of yoga study we will learn how the methods of muscular contraction and isometric movements can be used in yoga practice to build strength. We will examine the musculoskeletal system and discuss the functionality of body-weight movements. Learn how power yoga and hot yoga affect Heart Rate Variability while applying yogic principles of discernment - viveka. Learn how to become the observer and cultivate Self-Inquiry with Neti-Neti Meditation. This weekend is great for crossing-over into the world of fitness and noticing how and when the two worlds inform the other through modern exercise science.
