Cancellation Policy

Refund requests must be made in writing. Refunds are available only to participants who pay in full. Refunds are not available to participants on payment plans. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward upcoming Complete Yoga Trainings scheduled within one year of date of payment but not beyond and can only be rescheduled once. Deposits are not transferable to different participants. Full refund will be remitted to original payment source up to 30 days before the training minus 10% processing fee. If within 30 days of the start of the training program or after the start of the training up to one half of the total hours paid for, up to 50% but no more of the total training cost paid will be refunded to the original payment source. There will be no refund after the participant has attended more than 50% of the training hours and remainder of the cost will not be applicable to any subsequent training. Complete Yoga Training reserves the right to cancel any training before it begins. In that case any payments applicants have made will be refunded in full. In case a participant needs to withdraw from the training due to illness, accident, death in the family, or other extreme mitigating circumstances that make it impractical for the student to complete the course, the program will provide a reasonable and fair refund. No refunds will be given if the program removes a student from the program for bad conduct. Bad conduct is violation of the Code of Conduct, harassment, bullying, or any other behavior that is inappropriate or disruptive to the welfare of the program or to fellow students.
